Violent clashes broke out on Sunday evening between Palestinian young men and Israeli police forces in Shuafat refugee camp northeast of Occupied Jerusalem.
According to local sources the clashes started after police forces stormed Shuafat camp spread near its main entrance and in Ras Khamis neighborhood and set up a makeshift checkpoint on the Anata road.
Soon later many local youths rallied on the streets and started hurling stones and empty bottles at the police forces who responded by firing rubber bullets sporadically and volleys of tear gas and stun grenades.
There was no information about wounded young men in the events.
