An Israeli policeman was lightly wounded in an alleged stabbing attack on Herzl Street in Netanya on Tuesday morning.
Israeli media outlets said that a Palestinian man attacked the policeman with a knife before he was shot and “neutralized”.
The motive for the incident which happened on the second day of US President Donald Trump’s visit to Israel is still being investigated by police.
