Dozens of Israeli settlers late on Sunday evening attacked the Abu Rajab family at their home which was occupied by Israelis a few weeks earlier in al-Khalil province.
Reporting from al-Khalil a PIC news correspondent said extremist Israeli settlers aggressively beat the elderly house owner Ali Abu Rajab and his wife. The latter was left bleeding on the ground.
On Sunday evening the Israeli Channel 10 said an Israeli court ruling ordered settlers to leave the Abu Rajab family home within a week or they will be evicted by force.
A few weeks ago Israeli settlers occupied the home located near the Ibrahimi Mosque in al-Khalil claiming they own the building.
The Abu Rajab family contested the takeover and filed a petition before an Israeli court.
