Israeli settlers escorted by military forces stormed at daybreak Thursday Kafl Haris town east of Salfit in the northern occupied West Bank.
Speaking with PIC local sources said the Israeli forces blocked Palestinians’ access out of and into Kafl Haris at the same time as they allowed Israeli settlers to defile holy Islamic sites and perform sacrilegious rituals.
The settlers broke into the holy shrines of Joshua Ben Nun and al-Kifl where they carried out a round of sacrilegious rites and chanted fanatic slogans.
Over recent days Israeli settlers stepped up break-ins at holy Islamic sites across the occupied Palestinian territories to mark the seven-day Jewish Passover holiday.
