The Israeli occupation army on Wednesday evening announced the loss of a drone in Gaza sky.
The Hebrew-speaking Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper said a reconnaissance plane of the sky driver type fell in al-Shuja’iya east of Gaza.
The occupation army reportedly launched an investigation into the drone crash.
Sky drivers are Israeli and American drones that can reach 500 to 600 meter-height according to a Yedioth Ahronoth article published in October 2016. They are mainly used by the Israeli army to chase down Hamas activists in the blockaded Gaza Strip.
