An Israeli soldier was injured on Friday afternoon in a car-ramming attack near al-Karama crossing in Jericho.
The Israeli army claimed that the attack was premeditated and announced the arrest of the Palestinian driver.
According to the Hebrew website Walla a Palestinian in a vehicle hit and injured an Israeli soldier while trying to forcefully enter Qasr al-Yahud area which he was denied entry into by the Israeli soldiers.
The website added that the driver handed himself in at the nearby crossing.
Palestinian youths regularly carry out anti-occupation attacks in retaliation to the Israeli aggressions despite the pressure and restrictions imposed by the Palestinian Authority against all forms of resistance in the West Bank.
