Six Israeli soldiers were injured on Thursday evening in Shuafat refugee camp northeast of Jerusalem after they were stoned by local young men.
According to the Hebrew website 0404 Israeli border policemen were on patrol when Palestinian young men attacked them with stones and Molotov cocktails.
Six of the policemen were moderately wounded by stones and transferred to an Israeli hospital the website said.
Later military and police reinforcements stormed the camp to look for the attackers. No arrests have been reported.
