The Israeli occupation army on Monday shot and injured a Palestinian youth east of al-Khalil city for allegedly attempting a stabbing attack.
Hebrew website 0404 reported that the Israeli army opened fire at a Palestinian youth near Kiryat Arba settlement after he attempted to stab Israeli soldiers.
Eyewitnesses said that an Israeli ambulance arrived later at the scene but the health condition of the injured Palestinian is still unknown.
