An Israeli military force on Monday evening raided an apartment building in Birzeit town north of Ramallah and a bank branch office down the building and clashed with local young men.
Eyewitnesses said that Israeli soldiers stormed the branch office of Iskan Bank and confiscated the recording equipment of its security cameras.
They added that the military force came from Atara checkpoint north of Birzeit and attacked local young men who threw them with stones.
During skirmishes with the troops one young man reportedly suffered a bullet injury in the leg and was evacuated by a Red Crescent ambulance to Ramallah hospital
The Israeli army stormed and besieged several towns near Ramallah on Monday after Israeli vehicles came under gunfire attacks in nearby areas.
