GAZA (PIC)– The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) wounded two Palestinian young men Saturday morning east of Beit Hanoun town as they were collecting aggregate used in construction.
The health ministry’s ambulance and emergency department said that the young men were moderately injured and were transferred to Kamal Odwan hospital in northern Gaza.
Israel has been escalating its military actions against Gaza since yesterday where it carried out air raids on different areas causing the death of one Palestinian and the injury of many others.
In a separate incident savage Israeli settlers from Bracha settlement raided Friday Burin village south of Nablus and tried to demolish a Palestinian house under construction. They also carried out arson attacks in some areas around the village.
The IOF troops also stormed the village and fired rubber bullets and tear gas grenades at the villagers who tried to defend their property against the settlers’ attack. Three Palestinians suffered tear gas suffocation during the clashes.
Other group of settlers on the same day afternoon attacked Palestinian citizens and homes in Ja’bari neighborhood east of Al-Khalil city and physically assaulted a young man who was taken to hospital.
Eyewitness said the settlers tried to seize a land in the neighborhood and place a mobile home on it but the presence of Palestinian citizens prevented them from doing that.
Two Palestinian young men were kidnapped by a special Israeli force in Nakat Noah neighborhood south of Al-Khalil after a raid on their home.
Two livestock dealers were also kidnapped in a local market near the industrial zone south of Al-Khalil and their farm animals and a car used in transporting them were confiscated.
