Minister of Public Works in Gaza Mufid al-Hasayna said that the Italian Government has recently signed a grant for the reconstruction of a number of residential towers that were destroyed in the latest aggression on the Gaza Strip in 2014.
Hasayna explained that 5 million dollars were allocated for the reconstruction of four towers in the northern Gaza Strip in addition to the Italian Tower in Gaza City.
He stated that they are studying the construction of seven new towers in the northern Gaza Strip where the residents of Ezbet Abed Rabbo area who were affected by the 2014 aggression will be transferred.
In a related context he pointed out that 300 Turkish-funded housing units will be handed over in Juhor al-Dik area within a month.
