Thursday 17-December-2020

A horde of extremist Jewish settlers on Wednesday savagely attacked Palestinian shepherds and their cattle in Kisan village east of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank.

Deputy chief of the village Ahmed Ghazal said that settlers from the illegal settlement of Ibei Hanahal assaulted a group of shepherds and their livestock and chased them using dogs adding that the dogs bit a number of sheep and injured them.

Ghazal added that the shepherds ran to their homes where other villagers confronted the settlers and forced them to escape the area.

On Tuesday night Kisan villagers fended off a Jewish gang who hurled stones at homes.

Ghazal said that 20 settlers aboard three cars stormed Kisan village and threw stones at its homes adding that some local residents managed to ward off the attackers.
