A horde of Jewish settlers on Tuesday evening set fire to cultivated swaths of land and trees in Burin town south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
Local official Ghassan Daghlas said that settlers set aflame dozens of dunums of agricultural land in the southern area of Burin town where the illegal settlement of Yitzhar is located.
Daghlas added that dozens of trees burned after the IOF prevented local residents and firefighters from reaching the area to extinguish the flames.
Incidents of terrorism and violence by extremist Jewish settlers against Palestinians and their property are a daily occurrence throughout the West Bank.
