A horde of extremist Jewish settlers last night wreaked havoc on multiple Palestinian vehicles near the Ibrahimi Mosque in the Old City of al-Khalil south of the occupied West Bank.
Local activist Aref Jaber said that settlers from the illegal settlement of Kiryat Arba infiltrated overnight into Jaber neighborhood near the Ibrahimi Mosque and went on the rampage through its streets denting a number of parked cars and smashing their windows.
Jaber added that local residents tried to fend off the assailants but Israeli soldiers fired tear gas and stun grenades to protect them.
Incidents of sabotage and violence by extremist Jewish settlers against Palestinians and their property are a daily occurrence throughout the West Bank.
