Dozens of Jewish settlers broke into and defiled the Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem on Thursday morning.

The PIC correspondent reported that the settlers broke into the holy Islamic site under heavy Israeli police protection through the Maghareba Gate.

He added that the settlers embarked on provocative tours in the Aqsa Compound and performed Talmudic rituals in the eastern area of the holy Islamic site.

Jewish settlers broke into the Aqsa Mosque via Maghareba Gate in groups on Wednesday morning.

Local sources said that other groups were waiting for their turn to tour the holy Islamic site amid tight Israeli security measures.

The settlers intentionally choose to break into the Aqsa Mosque at an early hour in the morning 7 am to ensure that only a limited number of Muslim worshipers are there.

Scores of Jewish settlers forced their way into the holy Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem on Sunday morning under heavy police protection.

The Islamic Wakf in Jerusalem said that 44 Jewish settler entered the Aqsa Mosque through Bab al-Maghareba. It added that the settlers conducted provocative tours in the holy Islamic site while listening to lectures on the alleged “Temple”.

Israeli police deployed special forces within and outside the Mosque to protect the settlers while imposing restrictions on the entry of Palestinian worshipers especially young men and women.

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM (PIC)– Groups of Jewish settlers on Sunday morning desecrated the Aqsa Mosque’s courtyards under tight police protection.

The settlers’ unwelcome presence at the Islamic holy shrine provoked the Muslim worshipers there into expressing their protest by chanting religious slogans.

Meanwhile Israeli policemen outside the Aqsa Mosque compound arrested a Palestinian young man and took him in for interrogation.

The Israeli police also restricted the entry of young men and women to the Mosque and confiscated their IDs before allowing them in.

Sheikh Omar al-Kiswani director of the Aqsa Mosque said that a Jewish extremist tried to perform Talmudic rituals near al-Marwani prayer hall before Israeli policemen intervened and escorted him out of the compound.

Sheikh Kiswani added that some settlers described the Mosque as a temple mount and threatened to intensify their desecration of the Islamic holy shrine.

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM (PIC)– A group of Jewish settlers on Wednesday morning desecrated the Aqsa Mosque’s courtyards under police protection.

Media sources reported that 26 settlers escorted by policemen toured the Mosque’s courtyards.

The unwelcome presence of the Jewish settlers prompted Palestinian worshipers to chant religious slogans to protest the desecration of the Islamic holy place.

One of the policemen took photos of the Palestinians who protested the entry of settlers to the Mosque in order to arrest them later.

Meanwhile Israeli policemen at the King Faisal Gate prevented a Palestinian female teacher from entering the Aqsa Mosque along with 10 of her students after she refused to hand in her ID card.

The Israeli police still impose entry restrictions on Palestinian women in particular at the Aqsa Mosque and confiscate their ID cards before allowing them in.

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM (PIC)– A large number of extremist Jewish settlers escorted by police forces on Monday morning desecrated the Aqsa Mosque’s courtyards.

A spokesman for the Islamic Waqf Authority in Jerusalem told SAFA news agency that 26 settlers entered the Aqsa Mosque compound in groups and toured its courtyards.

He added that one of the settlers tried to force his entry onto the plateau of the Dome of the Rock and verbally attacked Palestinian men and women there which prompted the Mosque’s guards to expel him from the entire holy place.

During the presence of Jewish settlers inside the Mosque Israeli policemen at its gates were restricting the entry of Muslim young men and women and confiscating their ID cards before allowing them in.

The spokesman for the Islamic Waqf also said that the Israeli police summoned Murad Hamad one of the Aqsa Mosque’s guards without stating the reason for their action.

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM (PIC)– Groups of Jewish settlers entered the holy Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem on Tuesday morning under heavy police protection and defiled its courtyards.

Local sources told the PIC reporter that the groups under protection of special police forces embarked on provocative tours of the holy site in the presence of Muslim worshippers.

They pointed out that the worshipers and Aqsa guards were on alert to block any attempt by any of those settlers to perform Talmudic rituals in the holy Islamic site.

For its part the Israeli police imposed tight restrictions on the entry of Palestinian young men and women into the Aqsa Mosque.
