Groups of Jewish settlers carried out widespread attacks throughout the occupied West Bank on Tuesday evening.
Dozens of settlers from Najhot and Kiryat Arba settlements blocked the main street linking Ithna town with al-Khalil city.
Several Palestinian cars were stoned and damaged during the attack local sources said.
The attack was carried out under the protection of the Israeli army.
A similar attack was reported near Beit El settlement illegally built in Ramallah.
A Palestinian young man was also injured after being deliberately hit by a settler car near Ma’ale Aduminim illegal settlement.
Jewish settlers also attacked Palestinian vehicles in a-Tur town east of the Old City in Occupied Jerusalem.
Other settler attacks were also reported near Burin and Burqa towns of Nablus.
Earlier Monday Jewish settlers injured several Palestinians torched cars and damaged commercial structures in different areas of the West Bank rising levels of settler violence that only fuels further tensions.
