A horde of extremist Jewish settlers last night wreaked havoc on a Palestinian-owned swath of land and construction materials in the east of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
Local official Ghassan Daghlas said that settlers infiltrated into Jalud village before they went on the rampage through property belonging to a local resident.
Daghlas explained that the settlers destroyed trees opened 30 cement bags scattered their contents over construction iron rods poured water on the cement and stole building equipment from a piece of land belonging to Hisham Hamoud.
He added that the settlers also destroyed a fence surrounding the land.
The same settlers who live in a nearby illegal outpost destroyed about 250 olive trees in Jalud village a few months ago. They also wreaked havoc on power lines and removed electricity poles in the eastern area of the village a few days ago.
