Hordes of Jewish settlers guarded by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) seized on Thursday about 60 dunums of Palestinian-owned lands in the al-Khader village south of the West Bank city of Bethlehem.
Eyewitnesses said that two Palestinian men were brutally beaten by IOF soldiers while trying to confront the settlers’ attack.
“The settlers converted an old bus into a restaurant and set up a shed as a preliminary step to establish a settlement outpost. This threatens a large area of Palestinian land with confiscation in favor of Jewish settlement building” they added.
The settlers’ attacks with the IOF protection against Palestinians have increased dramatically in recent months.
