A horde of extremist Jewish settlers set ablaze swaths of agricultural land belonging to Palestinian farmers and attacked homes in Burin village in southern Nablus on Saturday.
Chief of the village council Ibrahim Omran said that settlers from the illegal outpost of Givat Ronen set fire to vast tracts of agricultural land in the east of Burin causing widespread damage to crops and trees.
Omran added that the settlers also attacked several homes in the same area and obstructed efforts by Palestinian firefighters to put out the blaze.
