A horde of Jewish settlers on Friday uprooted hundreds of olive trees in al-Tayrat area in the west of Hares town.
Local sources told WAFA news agency that settlers from the illegal settlement of Revava in the northwest of Salfit uprooted about 300 olive trees from a grove belonging to the families of Samara and Hasan Odeh.
In this regard Salfit mayor stressed the need for serious action to curb such settler attacks through activating the popular resistance and guard committees in the West Bank.
