Jordan’s King Abdullah II on Monday condemned Israel’s aggressive practices against the Jerusalemite citizens during the holy month of Ramadan and reiterated his support for them.
King Abdullah made his remarks during his meeting at al-Husseiniya Palace with Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) secretary general Nayef al-Hajraf according to Jordan News Agency (Petra).
The King discussed with the GCC official the latest regional developments especially with regard to the Palestinian cause and Israel’s recent provocations in the holy city.
The two sides also explored avenues to bolster cooperation and enhance the strategic partnership between Jordan and the GCC countries.
