The Israeli occupation authorities (IOA) released the Jordanian prisoner Raafat Walid Abdel Qader Asous 41 after serving his 20-year prison sentence.
The Commission for Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs affirmed that the occupation authorities have released Asous to the West Bank as a prelude to returning him to Jordan.
According to the Commission 17 Jordanians are still detained in Israeli jails some of whom spent more than 20 years and others more than 15 years.
