GAZA (PIC)– MP Jamal Al-Khudari the head of the Popular Committee Against Siege (PCAS) met with Mike Niber the head of the Scottish Palestine Solidarity Campaign (SPSC) who expressed his readiness to cooperate with the popular committee in organizing anti-siege activities.
Khudari appreciated the concern and solidarity voiced by the head of the SPSC towards the besieged Gaza people and briefed him on the humanitarian situation in Gaza under the Israeli siege.
The lawmaker stressed the need for lifting the siege swiftly and helping the Palestinian people to overcome its consequent effects.
For his part Niber underlined that the Israeli measures practiced against the Palestinian people are illegal calling for ending the Israeli siege and occupation imposed on the Palestinian lands.
Niber added that his organisation will continue making every effort and holding solidarity activities against the Israeli siege and occupation.
