A horde of Jewish settlers on Friday started to establish a new outpost on a privately owned tract of land in al-Baq’ah area east of al-Khalil city.
According to local sources a group of settlers deployed after midnight on Friday a prefabricated home on a hill in al-Baq’ah area near the illegal settlement of Kiryat Arba.
The hill overlooks wide parts of the area and Kiryat Arba settlers have tried repeatedly to seize it in order to carry out projects for them including a road.
The land belongs to a local resident called Aref Jaber who owns documents proving his ownership of the property.
