The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) carried out at dawn Tuesday a large-scale raid and arrest campaign throughout the West Bank and Jerusalem.
In Ramallah IOF soldiers arrested five local residents after breaking into Deir Abu Mishaal town west of the city.
A member of Hamas Movement was also summoned for investigation in Ofer investigation center.
The IOF soldiers also stormed the campus of Birzeit University north of the West Bank city of Ramallah and confiscated flags and banners of the Islamic students bloc affiliated to Hamas Movement.
Five more citizens were arrested in Tulkarem after IOF soldiers stormed their houses. A number of local houses were also stormed and searched locals reported.
In Bethlehem at least two youths were detained while several homes were violently stormed and searched.
In al-Khalil five more youths were rounded up in a violent raid into several homes. Several vehicles were also stopped and searched during the raid.
Two more arrests were carried out in Occupied Jerusalem.
The Israeli army often carries out detention raids against Palestinians in the West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem claiming to arrest wanted Palestinians.
Israel currently holds 4650 Palestinians including 34 women 160 children and 500 administrative detainees in its jails.
