The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) carried out a large-scale raid and arrest campaign in the West Bank and Jerusalem at dawn Tuesday. A leader in Hamas Movement was among the reported arrests.
In al-Khalil the IOF arrested the leader in Hamas Movement Farhan Alqam from the town of Beit Ummar.
Eight Palestinians including two minors were also detained in Tuqu’ town east of Bethlehem.
Six more youths were detained in Ramallah including four from Silwad town.
In Jenin two young men were wounded by rubber bullets as clashes erupted in Jaba’ south of the city.
Similar clashes broke out in Nablus after being stormed by dozens of Jewish settlers.
In Occupied Jerusalem two brothers were detained in Qalandia refugee camp.
Ahmed Khaled Hamad 28 was detained from his workplace by Israeli special forces only a few hours after his brother Mohammed was detained at a military checkpoint.
