A group of Palestinian and Turkish lawyers filed a lawsuit at the General Court in Istanbul on Tuesday against Israeli leaders for committing war crimes.
Based on power of attorney by the victims’ families of the recent war in Gaza Strip a claim was submitted to the General Court in Istanbul to prosecute the Israeli war criminals.
A press conference was held in front of the Court in which lawyer Gülden Sönmez made a statement on behalf of the Turkish lawyers followed by a speech by the lawyer Ahmed Yilmaz.
Dr Saeed Al-Dahshan read the press release in Arabic which was followed by Ansam Abu Odeh who gave a speech on behalf of families of the victims.
