Lebanese and Palestinian activists organized on Friday a protest sit-in outside al-Amin Mosque in Beirut against US President Donald Trump’s decision to recognize occupied Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
During the event the participants chanted slogans in protest against Trump’s decision.
The specialist in Jerusalem affairs Ali Ibrahim called for boycotting Israel at all levels and for continuing protests till the annulment of Trump’s unjust decision on Jerusalem.
He also called for activating the Palestinian issue at all international forums.
Protests flared in Palestine and around the world for the second consecutive week following Trump’s decision.
