BETHLEHEM (PIC)– Liberated Palestinian prisoner Zakaria Issa has been in coma since Monday morning due to deterioration of his cancer condition after he lost his eyesight speech and ability to move his right arm and leg.
Family members said that Issa 43 was dying after treatment attempts in the West Bank and Jordan failed to cure him.
The Israeli occupation authority released Issa almost four months ago after his brain cancer condition greatly worsened.
Issa served 10 years of his 16-year sentence on the charge of affiliation to the Qassam Brigades the armed wing of Hamas.
