Palestinian citizens on Tuesday morning were able to ward off a horde of extremist Jewish settlers as they tried to infiltrate into a girl school in al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya village south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
According to local sources dozens of settlers tried to break into the al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya girl school in the village before local residents clashed with them and forced them to leave the area.
Meanwhile about 150 settlers blocked a main road leading to al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya and went on the rampage through nearby areas.
No one was reportedly hurt in the settler attacks.
In a separate incident Israeli occupation forces assaulted a number of local farmers in an agricultural area near the village and blocked a nearby road.
