An Indonesian delegation arrived in the Gaza Strip last Thursday through the Rafah border crossing on a humanitarian mission.
The delegation composed of 11 persons from Indonesia’s Medical Emergency Rescue Committee (MER-C) came to supervise the expansion of the Indonesian Hospital in northern Gaza in cooperation with the Palestinian health ministry.
The delegation intends to stay in Gaza for about one week to discuss issues related to the expansion project at the Hospital where two additional floors will be built.
