Palestinian lawmaker Khaled Tafesh has described the cold-blooded killing of 24-year-old Mohamed al-Khatib by Israeli soldiers as “a reflection of the brutal image of the Israeli occupation state.
In press remarks MP Tafesh said that the Palestinian Authority’s security cooperation with the Israeli occupation encouraged the Israeli occupation to persist in its crimes against the Palestinian people urging the PA to end its ties with Israel.
The lawmaker called on human rights groups to assume their role in investigating Israel’s crimes and violations in the West Bank and to take action in this regard.
