Major losses have been reported as Palestinian farmers in the north of the West Bank and the Jordan Valley face stormy winter weather
Farmers in the Jordan Valley told the PIC reporter that several plastic greenhouses in Jenin Tubas and the Jordan Valley were blown away by the wind and rain.
The farmers said their greenhouses suffered heavy damage due to the wind and rain affecting mainly vegetable produce.
The plastic covers of dozens of dunums of cultivated land lots were blown away and heavy rain destroyed the crops they added.
The farmers appealed for providing them with urgent compensations.
