Malaysian premier Muhyiddin Yassin on Tuesday reiterated his country’s firm support for the Palestinian cause.
“On this important day Malaysia renews its unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and emphasizes its solidarity with the Palestinian people” Yassin said in Twitter remarks on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian people.
Last month the Malaysian premier also highlighted his country’s support for Palestine during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
