BEIRUT (PIC)– Member of Hamas’s political bureau Ezzat Al-Resheq said that Khaled Mashaal would not accept his nomination for the presidency of the Movement’s political bureau in the coming internal election.
“During the last meeting that was held by Hamas’s political bureau and attended by its leaders from home and abroad on the occasion of the approaching election for the leadership of the Movement Khaled Mashaal reiterated his position on not accepting his candidacy for the presidency of the Movement’s political bureau in the next organizational round Resheq stated on his facebook page on Tuesday.
He highlighted Mashaal’s keenness on acting in harmony with the spirit of the Arab Spring and making way for the new blood in the Movement.
