Thousands of Palestinians of 1948 Occupied Palestine participated on Saturday in a massive march in Kafr Qasim city in protest at Israeli police crimes against Arabs in the Green Line in the wake of murdering Mohammad Taha last week.
The peaceful march was led by Arab leaders and MKs along with heads of local authorities and popular committees’ activists as well as key national figures and factions’ representatives.
They roamed the streets of the city and chanted slogans demanding Israeli police to halt its crimes and offensive practices against Arab residents and other slogans condemning violence.
Kafr Qasim city witnessed over the past two weeks many violence incidents and murder crimes; the latest was the killing of martyr Taha by Israeli police gunfire. The people of the town accused the police with failure to handle the murder issue.
