Mayor of Jenin Mohammad Abu Ghali accused on Tuesday the Israeli occupation authorities with aggravating the water crisis in the city due to hindering repair works in Janzour water well.
In a press conference held in his office at the municipality Abu Ghali said the municipality managed to offer a partial solution to the water distribution problem through increasing the amounts of water taken from two other wells in the city.
The crisis is still ongoing he said especially that the water network in Jenin is worn out since it dates back to over 20 years.
