Palestinian Minister of Health Mai al-Kaila on Wednesday said that 3 COVID-19 (coronavirus) deaths 424 new cases and 522 recoveries have been recorded in the Palestinian areas over the past 24 hours.
Al-Kaila said in a press statement that the new deaths were reported in Nablus al-Khalil and Jerusalem.
As for the new COVID-19 cases they are distributed as the following: 115 in al-Khalil 18 in Nablus 15 in Bethlehem 25 in Qalqilya 26 in Ramallah and al-Bireh 13 in Jericho and the Jordan Valley 1 in Salfit 8 in Tulkarem 200 in Jerusalem and 3 in the Gaza Strip.
The rate of recovery from coronavirus infections saw an increase reaching 61.1% while the death rate stood at 0.6% the minister confirmed.
Meanwhile there are 27 patients in critical condition and they are receiving treatment in intensive care units.
