Former head of Hamas’s political bureau Khaled Mishaal has said that the eruption of crises in the region has had negative impacts on the Palestinian cause.
Addressing the 11th Conference of Beit al-Maqdes Pioneers in Istanbul on Saturday Mishaal affirmed that the crises and conflicts that happened in the Arab world diverted the peoples’ attention from the Palestinian cause describing such Arab preoccupation as “temporary and limited.”
He expressed his belief that no one could sell out the Palestinian cause despite the Israeli attempts to confront the Arab peoples’ will stressing that the real owner of the Palestinian cause is the Arab and Muslim nations.
