Former head of Hamas’s political bureau Khaled Mishaal arrived on Thursday morning in the Jordanian capital Amman for a family visit.
An Informed source said that the Jordanian authorities allowed Mishaal who holds a Jordanian passport to enter the country for several days in order to visit relatives.
The source ruled out that Mishaal would hold meetings with Jordanian officials or participate in any events and activities during his visit.
Mishaal has been living in Qatar since he left Syria in early 2012.
