Khaled Mishaal Hamas’s leader abroad called on Saudi Arabia to resume relations with Hamas and to support the Palestinian cause.
Mishaal added in an interview with the Saudi-financed channel Al Arabiya on Sunday evening that the Movement does not limit its affiliation to a specific party in the region stressing its independence as it is a Palestinian Islamic movement whose cause is to resist the Israeli occupation.
Regarding Iranian support he pointed out that Iran has supported them with weapons and technologies necessary for the resistance to work and they are thankful for everyone supporting them.
Regarding the latest aggression on Gaza Mishaal said that Israel started the attack against the Palestinians in Occupied Jerusalem stormed Al-Aqsa during Ramadan and ignored the warnings of the resistance.
He confirmed that the Arab Islamic and all free people of the world have rallied in support of Jerusalem and Gaza.
“This is an indication of how the world has begun to change and its free loving people are rallying in support of the Palestinian people” he underlined.
Regarding the prisoner exchange deal the Hamas leader stressed that the Israel is evading its responsibilities in this issue.
He said that the Palestinian resistance is determined to release the Palestinian prisoners and “it knows very well how to do this as it did before in the Wafa Al-Ahrar deal.”
