TEHRAN (PIC)– Khaled Mishaal the supreme leader of the Hamas Movement arrived in Tehran at dawn Tuesday for discussions with Iranian leaders on the Makkah agreement and Palestinian unity government formation.
Dr. Abdul Moti Hamas representative in Iran said that Mishaal would brief the Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmedi Nejad and spiritual leader Ali Khameni along with other senior officials on the Makkah agreement.
Mishaal who is heading a senior delegation would also discuss latest Palestinian developments and efforts to form the first ever Palestinian national unity government Dr. Abdul Moti elaborated.
The Tehran visit of the Hamas leader who had visited Iran almost a year ago falls in line with a tour of a number of Arab countries in addition to Russia and Malaysia.
