Former head of Hamas’s political bureau Khaled Mishaal on Saturday phoned the family of martyr Nur ad-Din Baraka a senior commander of al-Qassam Brigades who was killed recently during a failed Israeli operation in Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
Mishaal hailed martyr Baraka and his comrades who were killed with him as they were clashing with the Israeli military force that infiltrated into Khan Younis.
He affirmed that Hamas and its armed wing al-Qassam Brigades would continue to uphold the path of resistance against the Israeli occupation.
The Hamas official also saluted the Palestinian resistance from all factions for working together to repel the last Israeli military aggression against Gaza.
