UN Special Coordinator for the settlement process in the Middle East Nickolay Mladenov arrived in Gaza on Wednesday morning via the Beit Hanun (Erez) border crossing.
Media chief at the General Commission of Crossings and Border-crossings Hesham Udwan said Mladenov and his accompanying delegation crossed Beit Hanun en route to the besieged enclave.
Mladenov had last popped in Gaza on August 30 with a convoy led by the UN Secretary General António Guterres.
