Lebanon’s grand mufti Sheikh Abdul Latif Darian said on Friday that Jerusalem and al-Aqsa Mosque are subjected to a fierce Judaization campaign launched by Israel.
Delivering his Eid al-Adha sermon at central Beirut’s Mohammed al-Ameen Mosque Darian called on Muslims not to abandon the Palestinian cause saying “There will be no dignity for Arabs and Muslims as long as Palestine is under Israeli occupation.”
Darian stressed “On this day we must remember the millions of people killed in their own countries and those who were unjustly displaced from their land.”
