The Palestinian NGOs Network has stressed the need for the Palestinian Authority (PA) to respond to the national and popular consensus calling for lifting its sanctions against the Gaza Strip.
In a statement on Thursday the Network said that ending the punitive measures against Gaza would serve like a gateway to restoring the national unity and ending the division.
The Network also called on the government of Rami al-Hamdallah to apologize for the suppression of peaceful rallies staged lately in the West Bank demanding an end to the sanctions against Gaza.
