SALFIT (PIC)– Nine Palestinian citizens are to stand trial on 12th July at the pretext of building their homes without prior permit from the Israeli occupation authority local sources in Yasuf village Salfit district reported.
They said that the IOA informed the nine villagers including two brothers that they should stop completing construction of their homes and to attend a trial hearing on 12th July.
The IOA justified its measure by saying that the houses were being built in Zone-C which according to the Oslo agreement with the PLO that led to the creation of the Palestinian Authority is under the Israeli political and security control.
In Al-Khalil city IOF troops kidnapped two young men after bursting into their homes and searching them at dawn Sunday.
IOF soldiers also stormed a number of Palestinian homes in Dura town south of Al-Khalil but no arrests were reported.
Meanwhile the Hebrew press reported that one of the Palestinian home made missiles fired by the Islamic Jihad earlier on Sunday had hit a building in Sderot which was still under construction causing material damage but no casualties.
For its part the armed wing of the Hams Movement the Qassam Brigades claimed responsibility for firing two mortar shells at a group of IOF armored vehicles near the Mintar (Karni) crossing east of Gaza afternoon Sunday.
