The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Sunday kidnapped nine Palestinian citizens including a woman from their homes during campaigns in different West Bank areas.
The Israeli army said in a statement that its forces arrested nine wanted Palestinians accused of practicing incitement on social media and being involved in attacks against soldiers and settlers in the West Bank.
According to its statement the IOF arrested one woman from Qalqilya four from al-Jalazoun refugee camp near Ramallah two from Taqua and al-Khader towns in Bethlehem and two others from Beit Ummar and Sa’ir towns in al-Khalil.
For its part Quds Press affirmed that Israeli soldiers raided a home in Qalqilya and kidnapped Amina Abttali the wife of prisoner Adeeb al-Ghalban who was detained recently.
In al-Jalazoun camp the IOF claimed it found and seized a machine gun during a search campaign last night.
Violent clashes also broke out between local young men and soldiers during the same IOF campaign in the camp.
Meanwhile the IOF closed all entrances to the camp after soldiers were allegedly shot at near Beit El checkpoint at the northern entrance to Ramallah city.
