The board of directors of ‘the Palestinians in Europe Conference” has adopted the logo of its 16th gathering to be held in the Italian city of Milan. The logo contains the Palestinian and European Union flags as well as the Palestinian keffiyeh (scarf).
Meanwhile the conference’s preparatory and executive committees have started to make political media and logistical arrangements for the annual meeting slated for April 29.
A wide spectrum of Palestinians from across the European continent is participating in the conference’s preparatory committees.
The conference will include a series of popular and academic events highlighting the 70th anniversary of the Palestinian Nakba (catastrophe).
