Israeli occupation authorities issued on Friday ban of entry orders against 25 Palestinians depriving them of their right to access al-Aqsa Mosque for 15 days based on no trial.
Israeli forces arrested on Thursday at least 120 Palestinians from the plazas of the holy site. All of the detained who sustained injuries due to Israeli quelling and attacking of thousands of worshipers by gunfire and tear gas grenades were released except for 25 Palestinian Prisoner Society said.
Israeli Magistrates Court will consider the extension of the detention orders of 5 out of the 25 detainees. The rest of prisoners are expected to be set free.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society revealed that their teams handled 64 injuries before the plaza of al-Maskobiya center. Some 26 cases were taken to hospitals while the rest were treated in the field.
